How pricing works
Volume-based. Applied across your equipment portfolio.
Recurring licence
Volume-based pricing applied at contract level. The more machines in scope, the lower the per-machine rate. Basic is priced as a fraction of the Standard rate. No per-seat fees. Unlimited users.
One-off · Standard tier
The Toolsquare unit is purchased outright. Unit price scales down with volume, in line with the licence tiering. Installation and any custom integration work are billed separately.
Academic discounts
Up to 20% off for academic institutions.
Universities, research institutes and vocational training centres can get up to 20% off the recurring licence, the hardware and installation. Talk to sales to set this up.
