Most equipment in labs and workshops is under-used, over-maintained and poorly understood. Toolsquare exists to change that: we give every machine a voice, every user accountability, and every manager the data they need to decide with confidence instead of instinct.

Help organisations get more out of the equipment they already own. Better utilisation, longer equipment lifetimes, less waste, safer operations. The most sustainable machine is the one you don't have to buy, and the second-most sustainable is the one that keeps running because it's been looked after. Both start with visibility, and that's what we build.
What we do
Hardware-enabled SaaS for equipment management.
We combine a physical IoT unit, installed on specific machines, with a cloud platform that covers booking, asset management, access control, incident management, analytics and reporting. Every interaction is captured at the hardware level, which means the data is real, not self-reported.
How we work
Built with customers.
Every feature in the platform is there because a lab manager, a QA officer or a finance lead told us it was missing. We iterate fast, deploy with minimal IT overhead, and we measure success by the change in our customers' TCO, not by seats sold.

We work with research universities, biotech and pharma companies, vocational training centres, manufacturers and maker spaces across Belgium, the Netherlands and the wider European market.
